A Little More About Me

I founded Active Potential for those who feel stuck! I recognized throughout my career, those with high-level positions received the most company resources individually and collectively to develop themselves. Executives and senior leaders are offered company sponsored training, one-on-one coaching, and individualized programs to help them continue to advance. Countless others are often looked over and left behind. I help those who desire to take control of their destiny, but may not have the resources that are available to an executive.

Throughout my career, I promoted the continued development of my colleagues. I have experience with various industries including retail, finance, and manufacturing; and have worked for small, rapidly growing businesses, such as Colony Bank Corp, as well as Fortune 100 organizations, such as The Home Depot and Coca-Cola Refreshments. I earned a Bachelors of Business Administration from Kennesaw State University, where I focused my studies in Human Resources Management. I have been recognized throughout my career for my hard work, dedication, and high-quality work. I understand what it takes to be respected as a leader and contributor to success regardless of title.

I practice what I preach by constantly seeking out opportunities for development. Not only am I a certified and credentialed coach, I am also certified in the Strong Interest Inventory, Everything DiSC, Online Learning, and Diversity and Inclusion in HR Management.
