My New Beginning
This is where the journey begins!
My Assessment
Your Self Assessment is the foundation of your work going forward. To get the most the assessment:
Set aside dedicated time to focus in a space with limited distractions
Be radically honest with yourself, not just about the negative, but also about the positives
Give yourself permission to feel whatever emotions come up, note them, but don’t get stuck
Additional Assessments
There are additional assessments available to support your personal/professional growth and development.
NEW - 2023 - 2024 Reflections Sheet: This one-pager provides space to reflect on behaviors and practices that are enhancing or interfering with your productivity or wellbeing.
DiSC: A personal assessment tool used to help improve communication, productivity, and teamwork.
Strong Interest Inventory: An assessment that provides robust insight into a person’s interests to help them consider potential careers, their educational path, and the world of work.
My Vision
This is the perfect time to step away from the pages. Get in tuned with the life you see for yourself.
Consider the 5 Dimensions from your assessment.
Be specific. What do you see? What are you doing? Who are you with? Where are you located? Explore all of the details.
Create the vision board that works for you. If you need more space, use the book to brainstorm and use a poster or software to create your official visual.
My Priorities
For this activity, you want to take all of your ideas to improve the top three dimensions and put them on paper. To get started, be sure not to limit your list by:
not including ideas based on perceived viability
trying to fit everything on the page, grab more paper or your computer/phone
trying to complete it in one sitting
picking a time/place that isn’t conducive for generating ideas
